Hello,

Made an order, paid around 160 euro and i must say the sales support was quick in answering mails BUT after payment i didn't hear anything anymore, not even after sending some mails again.

After this i decided to check online for reviews and scam reports and this is what i found:

After finding this information i decided to ask for a refund since i need a real company with own servers and good support. Up untill now i still haven't received any VPS or whatsoever.

My advice to anyone, goto edis.at and avoid this one.

NOTE: If i get any response from Milan i will update this post

UPDATE:

Just been on Live Chat with this Milan guy and he told me all payments are final.

After i told him the 4 days of setup time have past long ago he said he had proof that the VPSes had already been setup (reason why he cant refund me) but at the same time he cant give me any info.

Also Milan threatened me that if i posted any "wrongful" review that he had the right to suspend my VPSs.

Well Mr. Milan, you can have them.

His exact words copied from Live Chat:

"Please note that if we notice any wrong and untruthful reviews we have the right to suspend the Services asap as the review comes to be to the true facts"

and...

"i dont know, if this is your decision that we make your order as fraudlend as the result of extort us."

then he threatened me to add me to a central webhosting company blacklist:

"Please note also that a lot of Webhostingcompanys works with an international fraud system, so if we mark the order as fraudlend, it is possible that on other Hosting Companys your Order should be declined."

For me i have been scammed for 185 euro. For you i strongly advice to look for another host.

This report is little bit confusing and with a lot of wrong Details.

 

The Sales Live Chat was not with Milan, our Sales Representant Mr.Radovic has written with this Customer.

We told him that some exoctic location has a higher setuptime and that our customer dont lost any Days, because after the Services are ready, the Next Due Date for further Invoices should be modified.

We had explained the Customer the Situation, without any solution. It should be one of the typical customer: Asking for high discounts, pay the cheapest fee and expect the highest Services.

All Customers which placed and Order and proceed the payment agress to our TOS, and that all payment are final and that no outgoing refund should be possible (only to credit balance of some services are currently not available).

We are not responsible for such situation where a customer sign up and hope that the TOS don´t affect to him.

We dont understand also why a customer tries to extort a Company with Bad reviews, sure, a customer can do this. But brings additional action to the customers side. (Set Order to Fraudlend, Blacklist Customers Details for prevent another Hosting Companys and similar steps).

We try to find a solution with every customer, but if the customer blocked, we can not help him.
