I was sold the top of the line extended vehicle coverage program plan by Endurance. Endurance is the selling company for the Interstate National Adminisration Dealership Agency. I have taken my car in twice and on both attempts to repair the stated items on my contact I have been told that it is not covered.
I attempted to take my car into the Mercedes Dealership and again mercedes had a problem with trying to get this company to committ to their contract. I am currently paying $2,605.00 for a contact that I can't get service or the company to commit to a payment on the parts listed in my contract.
Endurance who sold me the contact used smart laugage to play off their website to get you to take their coverage and Interstate National is working with them as well. I have my attorney conacting their legal departments for a full refund.
