I had the same experience with this company. No return phone calls, no communication whatsoever. Once they have your money, you never hear from them again and good luck in trying to get a refund. They are scam artists and very proud of it. Was basically told "too bad for you", "report me all you want". They need to be seriously looked into because they rob others of their hard earned money.

Mary, I am sorry that you feel that you had poor customer service from my company. We strive to provide a great service at very nominal fees and sometimes our representitives get extremely busy and are unable to return phones calls in a timely manner. That has changed. Interval has had a managerial staff change that ensures that all of our customers once again feel that their business in needed, without our customers, Interval would have no business. We value our customers here and will continue to service them until the job is complete. Again Mary, we will not give up on your property until it has been taken care of. Thank you for your feedback, a lot of times a company doesn't exactly know where its weakest link is until it is pointed out by someone from the outside looking in. Adam Wroblewski
