I recieved a call from a jason richman back in June 2006. He explained to me that a timeshare rental that I owned was one that was in high demand to rent out. I asked him how long it took and how much they can rent for and he told me they all rent out quickly and for betqween 1500. and 2000. dollars a week. I asked how quick and he told me usually within 30 days but definitely within 60 days. I signed up on 6-24-06 and haven't heard from them since. I call every few weeks and was told Jason Richman no longer works there, I was told to deal with John Jackson he never calls me back, I was told to deal with someone named Michelle I think she no longer works there now I am currently trying to get Zoe Matthews on the phone and I am having difficulty doing that. This company charged a 499.00 sign up fee and they did nothing for me. If you could help me in any way it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, James Maloney

You are correct that it is or was for sale. It was reccommended by people at your company that the price be set near $20,000. So I originally set it at 18,000 and with speaking with Jason Richman originally he told me that he will have no problem selling the property within 2-3 months. As I stated earlier I dealt with numerous people there, Jason Richman (I was told no longer works there) Then I tried to deal with John Jackson (I doubt he still works there). Then I dealt with Michelle Unkown last name I don't know if she is still employed there. I finally was told to deal with Zoe Matthews who did call me back the day after i submitted this report. I asked to see where the property could be seen on your website and she gave me my member number. The website is so poorly put together, if i didn't have my member number I would not be able to locate my property for sale. She also stated that moving this property was going to be a high priority. She told me I should lower the property to 15,000 and that it should sell. So taking her advice I lowered the property even more to 12,000. Now it should really sell fast. Let's see about that you have had my property supposedly listed for 15 months I have never been contacted by Interval Realty with any updates, every time I initiated the call and it always takes a few days to finally speak with someone who always says the same thing " we are doing the best we can, this will be put as a top priority." I know nobody is going to call me, so I will call Zoe in a few weeks so she can tell me again how hard she is working on it.

Mr. Maloney, Let me start by stating that we apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused you. Before I responded to this claim I wanted to get as much information on your current contract as possible. Let me clarify a couple of things, so there is no confusion or any misunderstandings. 1) Your property was NEVER up for rental, since the inception your property has been up for sale. 2) You state that never get calls back, let me provide the dates. 4/3, 7/8, 8/24, 10/12, 10/19, and 10/24 you contacted us and we provided you with your contract number. In every instance and every phone call, it was either we spoke to you or we left a message with your wife. We have always contacted you back. 3) You personally just lowered the price of your unit, not rental, for the sale. 4) Our contract does not state the timeframe it will take to sell your property; it certainly doesn't state that the property will be taken care of in 60 days. Let's move forward from this point. The real estate market as a whole is a little slow and highly saturated with sellers. Your property is a luxury item, timeshare is a luxury item. Now, if people aren't buying homes and people NEED homes, what do you think happens to timeshares? We haven't given up on the property, nor do we intend to. What I do suggest is that we lower the price to try to get additional active interests in your property and see if we can separate it from the crowd. Please let me know if you are agreeable to this suggestion. We look forward to taking care of this property for you and rememeber, we won't give up until this property has been sold. Regards, Adam Wroblewski
