On January 13, 2010, I purchased software from an online/internet company and was charged $54.75 for the software. I have waited patiently and have tried to email the company because I have not received the product.
I received an email that same day from [email protected] on behalf of [email protected] regarding payment information. There has been no other contact regarding this transaction.
My credit card statement does not have an address, phone number of other pertinent information for identifying and contacting Softwarereal.com.
