I have worked with Intuiship for a few years. I'm only now writing this because I'm fed up. Intuiship arranges for freight lines to pick up & delivery freight of all kinds. We ship using Intuiship & others.
The Ripoff is that once the freight leaves our shop it is out of our control. When you schedule a freight delivery, you must specify which services you want & these are noted in a Bill of Lading (BOL). THe BOL is the agreement between us & Intuiship. What Intuiship will do is get or allow the consignee (receiver of product) to use additional services. Primarily, lift gate & inside delivery. They will then bill us for these additional services later. They say that we shoud collect from the consignee. But, we do not have a relationship with the consignee. Someone else orders our product & has it drop shipped. We will even put on our BOL that we will not pay these charges, but Intuiship will still try & do it.
I think that at least this is bad business, but could be fraud.
