Sure wish I had seen all these complaints before signing up with them. Agree with everything that has been said prior: These people are HORRIBLE, RUDE, and clearly answer to no one. There is no point in calling customer 'service' you will be on hold all day and get nowhere, never speak to a human. You may speak to a person ocasionally for 3 seconds before they 'transfer you to the proper dept.' (AKA the old run-around) You can leave messages if you know the persons extension but you will NEVER get a return phone call. Their customer 'service' is clearly DESIGNED to make you give up and go away. Without exaggeration MOST DEPLORABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET ! Whoever is in charge of customer service needs to be TERMINATED ! Same with sales, all they care about is getting access to your bank account. Once they have that, you can go pound sand. Just vicious !

I did some more homework because I see all these complaints but the Credit Card processing industry is full of slimeballs, in my opinion, so who to go with to accept credit cards in my small business? Check this out:

Sure wish I'd done my homework sooner, but who thinks (or has the time while running a small business) to make a study of credit card processing? Hopefully this will help someone.
Bottom line - AVOID INTUIT AT ALL COSTS !
