Intuit TurboTax Doubled Charged and No Way To Speak To Someone Internet
I've used this software for a while now and never had any problems, until this season. I was doubled charged and their is no way you can contact them via email/phone. I had to find a third party to find a number to call. They make the website slightly deceiving and what they say is free, really isn't. I promise you I will use H&R Block's software next season, and I suggest you do the same.
