We have over 10,000 past customers. Yet this is the first time we've been accused of being a "rip-off". That's a powerful accusation and we take our reputation seriously. The fact of the matter is that this customer didn't get an RMA number from us and shipped it back on her own after 30 days. Note she got it in Sept and returned it almost in January. We don't sign for anything without an RMA. We have no idea what happened to her package. It wasn't taking into our possession and as far as we know the PO took it back as it was abandoned. Yes, Mike says he told her show us proof of delivery ...but she only provided a delivery confirmation number to our zip code, not a signed delivery. We process RMA's on a monthly basis as do all legit companies. It is a shame a customer can tarnish a companies reputation and accuse them of being a "rip-off" without much recourse from the damaged company. To sum up: 1) If you want to get a refund, make sure you first get an RMA. We only issue an RMA if you return the product within the 30 day guarantee period. 2) If you do ship something back to us or any company, get a signature confirmation. Otherwise, your package will not be accepted and may just sit outside the office for anyone to take. This is a harsh policy but it is our policy and the policy of almost any legit company. You have to follow the rules. We do make exceptions around the holidays and also our 30 day trial period doesn't start until the day you receive the product. We pride ourselves on offering the lowest prices, great service, and only high quality products that will stand the test of time. We hope fair minded folks will see this false accusation against our company for what it is.
