IPayment Inc. ipayment I-payment scam and ripoff thousand oaks, California
I am a small business owner that made the mistake of using Ipayment Inc. to process my credit card charges they started out raising fee's with no notice and then stopped giving me my discount for monthly charges may of 2009 they added a new charge they called (PCI) compliance, I got fed up with the new charges and canceled my account feb 2010 this month I got billed for the (PCI) compliance again even thou I no longer have an account with them, called them and asked why and the women on the phone tells me the fee I paid was for 2008 this was for 2009
I explained to her I was never notified in 2008 that there was going to be this new charge she said no we put it on your statement in may of 2009 that they where going to charge for it but never stated when it took effect, told her that was not right and she responded we can do anything we want and there's nothing you can do about it called my bank and there going to back charge them
make sure you never use ipayment you will just be ripped off
