IPR Mortgage Leads, Investment Portfolio Review, Eric Rubin This guy is a liar he steals money for a living! Reverse Mortgage Lead Rip Off Indianapolis Indiana
This guy Eric will promise you leads in the form of pre-set appointments. He tells you to send him a check to get started. Yeah, I know my fault for sending a check. Do not bother to get references from him either. He will give you the number to some of his friends.
They will of course tell you they are doing well with his leads. They won't tell you they close every lead but they will say the leads work. They will also tell you that they think Eric has a way of getting recycled leads from Lender Lead Solutions (Senior Lending Network).
Needless to say once you send the check he will not call you or send any confirmation. He will tell you to send in your schedule so they can set appointments for you. You will never get any appointments or emails letting you know they have your schedule.
When you finally get a hold of him calling with your number blocked he will tell his new leads are not working so well but to give him a couple of weeks and he will promise you that you will get your money back if he does not get you any appointments.
This is all a big fat liar. He has no intentions of providing you with any thing. I have filed complaints with the BBB and the FTC. I am thinking of taking him to small claims court but I am told that I would have to make the trip to Indianapolis to prove my case. Nice huh! This guy steals my money and I have to travel to him to make my case. Just does not seem right.
Lesson learned never send a check for a service and do not rely on references also if the BBB does not have a record of the business think twice about doing business with them.
