The user Patrick Meier using username '1kawasaki' placed a bid and won the auction. Since he has not paid, we opened a dispute against '1kawasaki' and since he did not respond, Flippa relisted the website for sale.

For this, they should have taken action against '1kawasaki'. But Flippa did not took any action for the reasons best known to them only.

Now Patrick Meier (1kawasaki) claims that he bought another business from us OUTSIDE Flippa. and I did not deliver the business. He is claiming that he complained to Flippa and Flippa gave 20 credits (worth 20 dollars) to his account as consolation.

Why should Flippa give 20 credits for a transaction which is being claimed to have taken place outside Flippa?

Is this because Flippa is behind all these dramas?

He is a scam, con artist claiming a MBA degree from California Pacific University which has no US Department of Education accreditation.

Oregon Office of Degree Authorisation considers this as invalid degree.

He just try to rip off and steal Financial Information. Please be careful with this guy.

Flippa banned us because we opposed racist comments and racial activities of Flippa.

My products are being sold in Flippa by one of my regular customers who bought everything outright from me.

If my products are not genuine how come Flippa allows the other customer to sell. The problem is not with products. The problem is the racial discrimination.

AND you are claiming that you bough two businesses from me.

If the first one is not genuine, how come you purchased the second one from same seller?

Flippa promised us refund for listings, which never came.

And why haven't you responded to Flippa dispute when I opened dispute in Flippa? Since you did not respond, Flippa decided in my favor and relisted the website for sale. If you are genuine and if you have paid, why didn't you contest the dispute?

Flippa cant help me recuperate my money unfortunately, but made a fair credit point gesture, here is their comment:

I'm afraid there is little we can do at this stage. We banned this user a few weeks back. He will have a tough time selling outside of Flippa as he has already been banned on a number of forums. Really sorry that there is nothing else we can do. Just we got further information about this user on Flippa issue.

He did bid and he was declared a winner on one of the Flippa auctions. But he was trying to get the domain and website before making payment. As he did not pay, the seller opened a dispute with Flippa. Patrick Meier did not respond to the dispute and hence Flippa relisted the website.

It is verifiable information and anyone can see that Flippa has relisted the website for sale.

Patrick Meier is just trying to threaten us in email using this report.

In fact, he tried to cheat us. We have been told that it is usual for him to buy something, get the items delivered and then open a Paypal dispute to get the money back. And hence we neglected his offer and that made him to post false report.
