"Chris Troy" claims Gary Niederhelman no longer owns the company, and yet "Chris" uses the same insults against paid customers that Gary did and "Chris Troy"'s reply to this Ripoff Report seems as generic as Gary's replies were.
"Chris"'s reply seems generic to me because my reading of "Chris"'s reply makes it sound like he didn't read Russell's report. Russell talks about getting a PAID subscription, then requesting a refund, but "Chris"'s reply says Rusell is a fool looking for free porn ... but Russell PAID ... therefore the "porn" is NOT free (unless Russell was asking for all his money back, but usually when a person asks for a refund from a business they just get a refund for the unused portion/days of their subscription.)
"Chris"'s reply seems unclear as to why IronClad should have-kept/be-keeping all of Russell's money.
Lastly, I'm not sure why "Chris" is repeatedly criticizing free porn (and people seeking it) when the mainpage of roughriderranch.com (the site that Russell is complaining about) has two pieces of free porn plus banner links to GayDemon and gaypornengine (both have free porn). I think "Chris" is getting porn confused with online dating websites.

First off, Gary Niederhelman hasn't owned this company, or this site for years. Secondly, we don't refuse to inactivate anyone's email address, but we do make THEM do it through a url provided in each email that goes out. That way we can track them and protect ourselves from fraudulent complaints like this one. Third, every time some loser like this fool comes back to one of our sites, ALMOST ALWAYS looking for free porn (and endangering children in the process), they reactivate their email address, soliciting emails from us. Therefore, it's not spam. Of course if low lifes like this guy weren't screwing around on the internet looking for free gay porn, they wouldn't have to file false complaints like this one. Chris Troy.
