ISO Webworks Web Design for 199 Broke Agreement, No Email Receipt, Impossible to Contact via Phone, Didn't Call, Doubled My Payment Eagle Mountain, Utah
On Friday, 4/01/2011 I received a phone call from ISO Webworks (801) 692-7133) after filling out their form on their website for a $199 site.e
After speaking at length with the sales rep (over 40 minutes) we agreed to a 3 page website and a new logo for $499. 50% now and 50% on May 1st. He said I'd receive a follow up email and a phone call this morning (4/4) at 11:00.
I didn't receive any follow up email or phone call. When I checked my bank account today I was billed the full $500.00. I called the company and got voice mail. After I made the purchase, I Googled them and found out all of the fraudulent information.
Be forewarned: Listen to what others are saying. Don't do business with any ISO site. Everyone else is correct. I've received nothing back from this company. They double billed me and had no follow through at all.
