Complaint Review: It Girl Pr - Juliette Harris - Los Angeles California

The company failed to perform as it agreed to preliminary contract. Also company never performed service after full payment for the 1 month of pr work + expense fee had been paid totaling $2125.00.

It Girl Pr company selling perception of clients they never represented. This A-list reping company is decieving. The Ceo Juliette Harris has all the major contacts listed in contract "supposingly" however assigns clients to publisct that may not necessarily have the same contact as they also never share contacts that may benefit the client of "It Girl" Pr company.

All prospects beware to check out references of company's clients listed on it's website, you can call present publicist to confirm previous representation.

Begin investigation with Kelly Rowland of Destiny's Child per pr source "It Girl"pr represented her finance but not her.

Juliette Harris was served Oct 14th for a $5000.00 small claims suit we go to court Nov 23,2005.( I will keep you posted) Juliette Harris was my former publicist from July 6 to Oct 10, 2005. Our written contract expired Oct 6 so Oct 5 we verbally agreed to reduce the amount due to unsatisfactory results of her company performing per pre-luminary agreement.

Upon reaching this expiration of Oct 6 several publicity opportunities for my product were in the works one which included 50 purses to be in gift bags for celebrities attending the Life for Lounge concert in exchange for sponsorship thru star 98.7.

On.Oct 10 around 5'oclock in the morning 50 bags were delivered to greyhound due to the crunch factor Ms.Harris's company needed them as early as possible and since they were'nt ready until that Sunday Oct 9 this was the quickest & earliest means since i reside in Northern California. Ms.Harris would not honor her $125.00 no account for fee which states in the contract for local mileage,publications,carrier servie. etc...

In a nut shell, our business relationship ended because a package 18.5 miles from her company she didn't want to pick up or pay a carrier($20.00 charge) to pickup thou a $125.00 misc charge mileage had been paid every month prior to that( unfortunately no other opportunities arised from her company prior to this so that $125.00 was just more advantage for her pocket.

I checked with several other companies 5wpr & infinitescopes none of these companies use this cheap skate method of an expense fee unless one is incured.I wonder would she have picked up the package for Kelly Rowland?

Anyhow with no remorse and no business sense she was losing a client over $20.00 dollars Ms.Harris advised it was my loss because I was the one wasting my money because she was not paying for a carrier again $20.00. I advised I will call grey hound to have my package sent back to me up here in Northern Ca.(greyhound sent it courtesy, they know how to keep clients) however I advised Juliette Harris I would not be using her company moving forward from that day around 1:00pm Oct 10th through Nov 6 she was paid Friday Oct 7th around 3:02 pm unfortunately she was paid with a cashier's chk per her request she insisted to have me wire it in her account thou I advised I could send with package( i bet she would went to retrieve then, again she demanded it be wired.

So this Monday Oct 10th the conversation led to me asking her when can she send me a check because I am no longer using her company for this next month Ms.Harris immediately responded with I have to consult with my attorney,Ms.Harris continued to repeat that and then advised me she has nothing more to say ( yeah she had my money) and advised she was hanging up, Ms.Harris Hung up on me.

The same day I took a flight to la arrived to her office around 6:15 pm or so I tried to speak with her to resolve the finances and collect my products from her company. We both yelled at one another as I was asking when can I get a check Ms.Harris repeatedly responded with she needs to consult her attorney.

After she refused to give me anything in writing stating she would be giving me a refund for this month , I knew I would have to file a small claims I demanded my belongings she went in and out of several rooms slamming doors, she advised her employee to call the police, I don't know for what( i later found she made a false report alledging she was pushed down) , she gave me a box with some of my belongings I advised this is not all she stated there is nothing else here so I went home.

The next day I filled a report with the Better Business Bureau Oct 11 that same day she sent me an email I responded appropriately advising i will follow thru with proper protocol not to contact me and since all document to Po box 31854 .Oct 13, I filed my small claims suit and she was served properly on Oct 14,2005. Her employee Aneesah Rashada contacted me regarding my belongings she sent an email Oct 20,2005 advising that Ms.Harris would send my belongings certified mail and wanted to verify my address.

The next day Oct 21,2005 I followed up for a tracking # with Aneesah and Ms.Harris responds with these false urgent request of harassment to stop from Juliette Harris ,she is a Drama Queen, she should be nominated.

Then a few minutes later Ms.Harris sends another email requesting a written cancellation notice, from me canceling our clients/service relationship( remember she was injured and advised not to do business with me).

Then several days later i recieved a restraining order Oct 24,2005 and I knew this was another attempt to get out of paying what she owes and/or is being sued for.( Anyone can file one against another person)

At it stands today Juliette Harris is being sued for $5000.00 because pending publicity was canceled due to her breaching the $125.00 expense overhead charge and the purses were $700.00 not to mention her payment for Sept 7 -Oct 6 of $3125.00 & this current month she was paid $2125.00. I am pursuing to sew Ms. Harris for $3000.00 for punitive damages and also for my items that she refuses to macliously return.

Further more Juliette Harris repeatedly contacted me after filing a false restraining order, i'm now pursuing one against her. Juliette Harris alleged should would not be attending court and that she would be in Nyc per an email i never responded, she then had the nerve to have someone post on my door Nov 14,2005 around 9pm a notice stating she Juliette Harris has repeatedly tried to contact me and that she will not be in court Nov 15,2005 and that her attorney will file paper work re-scheduling the court date and i will be recieving something from the court.

The next morning i hoped on a flight and sure enough Juliette Harris was in 8:30am court.The judge is dismissing this mid Feb we have a couple of court dates with small claims up here in Northern Cal. Please everyone stay tuned... I am open to providing documents for all claims reported in this document or feel free to contact me.

Juliette Harris of " It Girl" pr is a rip off she made a false police report alledeging she was pushed down.She knows she is morally wrong " You can"t get something for nothing".$2.125 for no publicity.

She contends she waiting on a cancalletion in writing however it was a verbal agreement we have nothing in writing. Her email Oct 11 advises she has been advised she will no longer be doing business with me and she refer me to her attorney again a lie. She had no attorney has never provided any type of info on any documents. However Juliette you can get pre-paid legal services for cheap check them out.

She continues to respond to the bbb with this false claim of "I waiting on a cancelation notice", Look Missy you dont need to write down a cancelation if 1.The contract was verbal and 2.You advised me you were not dealing with me because you were to scared (remember the police report and the false restraining order) Please make up your mind up Juliette Harris which lie is it

You cant be scared of a client and alledge well they have'nt canceled doing with me and that why i keeping a full month's pay Juliette be honest and just say to your self "I want something for nothing because if they dont try to sue for there money then i can keep there money just because i can". Juliette you advised me on Oct 11 you are not doing business with me dah!!!!!.

Juliette It's not going to hold up. you will see.

I would have settled for the $2125.00 but now you are forcing me to include other aspects of the contract that you breached however it's signed but yet expired Oct 6.

I guarantee you will lose and will have to pay i will keep you posted( i'll send copies of the doc's from the outcome).

I bet you wont even have the decency to pay me with you recieve the outcome in the mail.I probably would have to sew you again.

Anyway i feel that I, Bisha Buxtonaire and Ms.Harris may have a long future together,however she may not have as long as I she's looks to be around 60 but she really reminds me of myself because she keeps coming back for more.

However i do have integrity and i know what is morally right and how to stand admit to mistakes and also pay what is owed to those. Judge Joe Brown, Judge Judy, I watch all of them they rock!! I love going to court i have been on numerous occassions and i have always represented myself and won even against those that had attorney's.
