I can't speak for the wraps but I love the supplements, they are tried and true for me. I would definetly say the company is legit. And if you sign up as a loyal customer you get a discounted price and agree up front to have to pay $50 to cancel if before 3 months. Seems fair enough to me it's no surprise.

I am a skin care specialist. I tried the wrap last night on my arms. I split one wrap in half then wrapped the area with clear wrap. I also slipped on a shirt to help keep everything in place. After four hours of relaxing I had lost 3 inches total on each arm. I measured two points on each upper. All cream had been absorbed. I noticed a big improvement in tone and tightening and overall appearance.
There isn't one product on the market that guarantees results on every individual that tries their product. Have you purchased a product from a high end store or a drug store touting remarkeble results and found it didn't work for you? Did you take it back? Did you blast the company on the internet for not working? Did you sue them? Did you call and constantly complain?
Did you every get a facial and complain that the esthetician "made your face break out" Did you want to sue the esthetician? I just saw an adv for Olay product saying its possible to reduce lines and in wrinkles in just one use. Again, products work differently on each person.
I am not a distributor or employee of the company. I am a skin care specialist and a smart consumer. Let each one of you try what you want and make your own decision. Just because some people don't get the results they expected does not, I repeat, does not, mean you will have negative results.
The bags, dark circles, etc. There isn't any ingredient that would have caused that. I would have to have personal experience with those claims.
Know your own body and do what is right for you. I have made mistakes in the past and will have it happen again.

I have used 3 out of 4 of the applicators that I bought and I have had absolutely no results. I followed directions including drinking lots of water but I still did not lose one inch. My friend also bought the product and did not have any results. I am embarrassed for thinking such a product could possibly work but I read lots of favourable reviews and really hoped they were true. I realize now that all of those reviews were from people trying to sell it.

Thank you so much for sharing. I guess it is clear after reading CUSTOMER comments exactly who the liar is. The company basically accused me of lying too until I sent them the pics. Oh my, yes. I have pics of how this product works. It works alright, if you want dark circles and bloat. And calling a product "all natural" does not mean it is safe.

Do your homework. These products do not work on their own. Do a google search of using saran wrap to lose inches. Results do not last either. The person that stated they lost 20" and only went down one size...wow that's sad!!! Its all water weight you are shedding and by using these repeatedly you can harm yourself. I know people including myself that suffered from severe bloat after using them. Yes they did work instantly on first application, no doubt. But once you shed this water your body will freak and feel the need to retain water.
They charged me excessively too and I was lied to about signing up as a loyal customer by the distributor. All communication was saved to my computer via emails and instant messages. I was over charged by the company, they cancelled my autoship but still charged me for last shipment and a cancellation fee, not to mention a a long list of other thing they did claiming the value their integrity HA!!!! What integrity?? Not fair. So when you call to straighten things out they have terrible customer service. I bet the little witch on the phone would not talk to me the way she did if we were face to face (which still may happen)!! And for this company to keep employees like that makes you wonder. The people pushing the products do not care about lying to their customers, its all about making a buck and what better way than to prey on someone's vanity.
Since protesting this company I have so many horror stories including people buying products and unknowingly being set up on autoship. So this isn't the first time this happened to someone. We should all get together and sue them.

I see that you also are a distributor. Typical "It Works" company response, the customer is lying? Think not. Why on Earth would I waste my time lying about a small time company who can't even stand behind it's products? Why am I responding to your allegations that I am lying? Because I feel customers as well as potential distributors should know. AND, furthermore, for the record, try to return unused product, I have and your company WILL NOT and I repeat WILL NOT take the product back. Have you tried? I have and they refused. So I leave you with this question...Who's lying now?

I was a customer first with It Works. I am here to tell you, these comments are unfounded. I have lost almost 20 inches. The facial applicator never left me with black eyes. Seriously? The supplements are amazing and have changed my well being. I have energy I didn't have, I am sleeping better. I wear a size smaller. The Integrity of this company is amazing! They care about their customers and their distributors. I think it is really sad when people bad mouth companies and products that can help other people in so many ways. I do not for one second believe anything this individual is saying. I have used the products for a year and do not want to be without them. Also after you finish your 3 month agreement to recieve your products wholesale you can call and they will cancel your autoship. I know of no one who has had problems with that either. Just for the record the distributors are not expected to keep more product than they want or use. So there is no inventory requirement. Some people just want to make a good thing bad even if they have to lie

After reading the 2 rebuttals from the people who are Selling It Works! products, I had to chime in.
1. If you return a product, you are charged a 10% RESTOCKING FEE. You are also required to cover all Shipping Costs. For, and I quote, a company "known for its integrity and loyalty to its Distributors and customers", why would a policy like this be necessary?
2. If you cancel your Auto-Ship, you will be charged $50. This is what Integrity and Loyalty is to It Works! While this is great for the Distributors and the Company, because they make money whether the product works for you or not, it is not a good policy for Consumers!
3. Want to sell all those Wraps you were forced to continue to buy even though you didn't want them? Well, think again! If you do, It Works! will terminate your account and charge your Credit Card a $50 termination fee.
So, I guess if you are a Distributor, the It Works! policies are great because you get to make money off customers whether they like the product or not. The company forces Consumers to pay one way or another, and the Distributors and It Works! profits either way.
Now is this what you consider Integrity and Loyalty? Not me

I am going to go out on a limb and say that the 2 people who commented that It Works is a fabulous product are both distributors or friends/relatives of one, because those are the only people who truly think this product is wonderful. I have posted a rebuttal on another complaint with the full story of my experience, which gets worse as the story goes on. The bottom line is, I was excited to try the product, which was given rave reviews. By who you ask? A distributor of course.... Anyway, It took 3 weeks for me to rec. my prouct from MI, and had the nerve to charge me $26.00 for shipping and handling.....RIP OFF #1, then once I tried them the body wraps made me sick. I was nauseaus for days and even missed a day of work as a result. RIP OFF # 2 The distributor told me she thought it was and I quote... "Toxic bloat" She stated I didn't drink enough water............. Besides my morning coffee, I drink nothing but water..... Then basically treated me like it was my fault. I DID have to question why on Earth an "ALL NATURAL" product would cause a toxic bloat, but to carry on with my ordeal, she recommended I try another of their "WONDERFUL" products, so I logged on and changed my auto ship (RIP OFF #3 another scam aspect of the company, which they even require their distributors to sign on for, but I'll get to that aspect later) I ordered the facial mask, RIP OFF #4 which upon removing left bags and brown circles under my eyes, now let me clarify, first of all, these bags were not what would be considered NORMAL FACIAL bloats, they were full out bags with visable liquid under the skin and the dark discoloration under my eyes was not just a shadow, but DARK brown circles. It appeared as if someone had blackened my eyes. Trust me, I took pics. This lasted another week. Once again, I didn't drink enough water. EXCUSE ME! I also want to add that upon receiving BOTH products, ALL the instructions say is to basically apply the mask/wrap, leave on for 45 mins to an hour for the facial and of course a longer period of time for the bady wrap, which I cannot remember at this point how long it was. But, there were no references to drinking gallons of water etc... So disgusted with the fact that the distributor was insistant on blaming me for all of this, and basically telling me I was lying, in not so many words, I called Customer Service. Geesh, they must be the ones responsible for training the distributors, becasue she had the same maddening approach. Bottom line is THIS PRODUCT MADE ME SICK AND TEMPORARILY DISFIFIGURED MY FACE!!!! When I asked if they would refund my money for the unused product they refused.RIP OFF #5. After asking why the company did not back it's product like any other cosmetic company in the world, she quickly changed the subject and suggested since I had one last auto ship that I try some of their other "wonderful' products.....Lady, did you hear a word I said?????? Your comapny's body wrap made me nauseaus for days and your facial mask is more like a DISFIGUREMENT MASK. You REALLY expect me to give your company another chance to harm me? Gee, maybe I'll order some of your other products and wind up in the hospital from poisoning, while you and your distributors sit around my death bed and talk about how I was lying. I calmly explained to her that I had pictures of my face the day before I used the maksk and I also had pictures of what happened to my face after I took the mask off, and please note, the bags and dark circles appeared immediately upon removing the disfigurement mask and I do, only by luck have a close up picture of my face dated the previous day, as I had taken some pictures to send to a friend. Once she heard that she decided to allow me to cancel my auto ship without paying the $50.00 fee. RIP OFF #6 WOW! Thanks!! So now I'll get to their marketing strategies, which if the distributors don't realize they are being scammed then I don't know what to tell em. This company operates the as a multi level marketing company, and EVERYONE (with half a brain in their head) knows that ANY multi-level marketing operations are scams! They REQUIRE the distributors to be set up on an auto ship program in order to receive their commission. RIP OFF #7 This basically means every 30 days they are biled and sent product. If they don't sell it, they are stuck with it. They don't even give the distributors a cost break. RIP OFF #8 The company obviously does not care where the money comes from as long as it goes into their pockets. It's a win win situation for them because if the product doesn't sell to customers, they stick their distributors for it. I deal with many cosmetic companies and all of them stand behind their products, and always offer their distributors a discounted rate. If a product does not meet their customers satisfaction, they immediately refund your money. Not It Works. Bottom line.. The product is potentially harmful, directions are vague, distributors are not willing to listen if you have a problem and neither is customer service. Marketing stratagies boarder on violations of the labor code ( but I'm sure there's a loophole the company manages to squeak thru) So, Is it a scam?? I counted 8 examples of rip offs thru my rebuttal, so you all can decide for yourselves, but I don't recommend you try the product.

I have used this product for over 2 months now and I have lost over 5" with this product. I liked it so much, that I now sell it to my clients and sign up distributors if interested. I have had no complaints, One customer tried it once with no success and didn't reapply the product so you may not lose inches on your first application. I would at least recommend you try 4 or more wraps for great results. Listen to your consultant that sold you the product or follow their on line information for best results. When you sign up as a loyal customer you have to order at least 3 months if only 1 product per month, and you get the wholesale prices like the distributors prices. I would like to write in response to Ripoff Report. First of all IT works is not a scam. They have wonderful products that truly work! The gel being one of them. And you can return any unused items to the corporate office for a refund. They must be unopened and unused, but they will give you a refund for them. Lastly, I don't think the gym you purchased this product from explained how the It Works program is set up. Obviously there was a miscommunication with both parties. IT Works is known for its integrity and loyalty to its Distributors and customers. IT Works was asked to be in the Emmy Swag bags in 2007 as well as the Oscars for 2009. The stars are looking at IT Works products as an alternative to surgery. The Ultimate Body Applicator system is its #1 Seller 2nd being the Gel that you purchased. If you would like to read more about It Works and the products they offer and their return policy please visit www.itworks.net/bodyapplicator Thanks
