Ital Steam Super Steam in Malls like KOP Mall, Florida malls. Scam. Do not buy Ital Steam. It is a big scam. If you buy it from malls, then forget about your money. King Of Prussia Mall, Pennsylvania
Hi, I bought this "ITAL STEAM" at King of Prussia Mall. In the demo, it looks very well. Please note that it works well in demo. First day I got it and used at home. Lights start to flicker and Steam will be over in 8 minutes and not even a single wrinkle removed from my shirt. I contacted customer care they gave but a middle east accent person will lift and he will say "No No Refunds" and Only Exchanges.
It is very very unsafe to use this device. First time when steam is over, it is very very difficult to put water back as it is very hot. Check the company domain in "who.is" report. You can't find who registered the domain.
Open their website "ITALSTEAM.COM" and you will never be able to find their contact number.
First time in USA, you will never be able to find a company that does not have a telephone contact number.
This shows how fake their company is and it is a scam throughout USA. I do not know how mall management is allowing such fake products.
Dear Friends, please please do not get cheated like me. Especially if you are visiting King of Prussia Mall in PA or any mall if you find with name "ITal Steam" or "Super Steam".
