Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good?
Italk Amir Fat A*s Dumba*s People Arlington Heights, Illinois
Where do I start, well how about with the owner/CEO/President/ Dictator/Head idiot in charge. His name is Amir Bishai or Fat a*s Amir. Let talk about how he does not know how to run a business but sure can find ways to scam his employees as well as his customers. Let's start with his customer because we know those are the most important people when it come to running a customer service business.(and I must use customer service loosely).
When you go into one of his stores he has 2 pages of the return policy for customers which is also part of the customer's receipt. He tell the customers they cannot return anything without paying some sort of restocking fee. But that only after the customer have been inconvenience because the sales person cannot return anything without going to a District Manager. That is correct the so call store manager cannot return anything without calling a DM. But here's where it get funny. The stores are not allowed to take checks but no matter how you paid your refund comes in the form of a check. So that means if you paid with cash and return it within 2 hours they will mail you a check. Yes I said mail you a check.
If you paid with your credit card and wanted to return the item, they still would mail you a check. d**n I mean any sh*ty mom and pop store would credit the refund back to your card but not Italk. Now you may ask me, well Manny how long does it takes to received that check? The answer nobody working there could give you a straight answer. They don't mail the check until 10 business days. Yes I said 10 Business days. But that's only if customer calls for their refund check. I just want to know how on earth can you build a strong customer base when you treat customers like this? How can a company grow?
Now that's just a small portion of it. Here's where the customers and employees get it up the @$$. OK like any cellular phone company they have quotas and sales reps must meet those quotas. No problem right only selling phones. There's a huge problem there's hardly any phones in stock. But yet you give your employees a goal to make at the beginning of the month but they have to make exceeds the number of phones they have in the store. Aw yeah and there 3 people in the store. 3 people with the same goal and the phone count doesn't meet the goal for 1 person. So how does anyone get commission. They have to travel from store to store to get phone inconveniencing themselves as well as burning gas that they won't be compensated for.
But they tell you it for your commission check. So if you are lucky that month good for you and the other 3 people in the company who was lucky to get commission check. So let's say you don't meet your goals, what happens then. Nothing at all. It all a pyramid scheme. Now let's say what that have to do with the customer. The scheme from this shitty company put pressure on the employees to scheme the customers. They would tell you if a customer comes in and ask for a certain phone and you don't have it in stock push them into another phone. Because if you don't you not a good sales person. OK I like a Iphone, why would you want an iPhone when I got Samsung intensity it better and the right phone for you, yeah right!
There has been many times customers came into the stores and ask for a certain phone and the employees were told to give them another phone to keep the sale. The problem with that is you might not get the phone for another month dealing with Amir and his shady business ethics. And if the customer bring the phone back because it took them so long to get the phone they wanted he makes the customer pay a restock fee. Yeah that's fair to the customer.
Now let talk more about the employees and what they go through. Amir has this attendance policy where if an employee is late they are deducted money from their pay checks. Right he thinks he can take his employees pay. I'm sure the department of labor would agree with this policy. 1 minute late = $10, 30+ minutes = $50 and if you are no call no show he want his employess to pay $100. Amir you scam b***h you cannot to that. You can discipline the employees, you can even terminate them but you can take their earnings. Didn't you have to pay back money you owe for not paying overtime. Your idiot a*s will never learn.
You beg your former employees to come back, even after you talk so much sh* about them. Let take dumb pizza face Ahsan. You went around telling everyone not to talk to him because was spreading false accusations about the company. But yet you brought him back as District manager. I heard from many former employees you tried to get them to come back but they told you no. You offered cars and other things in hopes they would come back to your scam shops.
Amir you are a LOOSER!! How on earth does both your partners leave you. 1st Andrew then Brad. And he has this little girl in his office doing payroll because he doesn't want to pay a more skilled person to do it. He threw one of his employees under the bus by saying he's the reason inventory was so low. Yeah only because he knew the employee was leaving. Amir grow up you silly fat clown.
Now I never said Italk is a Verizon Wireless retailer. I feel bad for Verizon having to do business with this idiot. He tell his employees not to talk about inventory to Verizon wireless account reps. Yeah I wonder why? He goes as far as telling customers he's stores are not indirect stores. Well if your stores are not own by Verizon corporation then you are indirect Amir. I know you tell customers that s**t so you don't lose them but with your shady business practice you lose them anyway. He try to make threats to his employees but he's afraid to fired them because he don't want to pay unemployment.
He goes as far as saying he didn't get a 2 weeks notice but he close many of his stores without telling his employees. Where thier two week notice. If you read other reports on this company see a report about this company not being around long. Well that person was right because he losing his stores. And his so call manager are to dumb to notice that. If any Italk managers reading this ask yourself, when Amir lose his company and hightail back to Michigan what would be do for you.
My store manager makes 54k a year. You guys are not even making 35k as district managers. What experience does you guys have that would make you district managers? He only giving you guys titles but no pay. Any respectable company a DM make 80 to 100k. Years of experience or highly educated. None of your have DM experience and I know you dummies are not educated. Not even low educated. I make more money as a sale rep than you guys and you are DM's. My point I'm making his Amir is only using y'all because he know he would not be able pay anyone with experience the low pay he pays you guys. Everything this company tries only flop.
There are so many things I can talk about Amir and Italk. But let talk about restocking fees on phones. Now a corporate Verizon $35 on any phones returned. Well Italk charges 35 for 3g phones, 50 for 4g phones and internet cards. And $75 IPhones. He try so hard to make his customers thinks his stores are corporate Verizon stores. But if Verizon is a fortune 15 company and everything work well for them. Why wouldn't he just follow what they do. He is the reason indirect companies get a bad rep.
He caught one of his employees adding lines to multiple customers accounts. But do you think he terminated the employee, nope he gave the employee another store to manage. Good job Amir glad integrity is high on your moral list. He had another employee who was stealing phones and wanted to fired him and the other employee which I thought OK he should. But here where it get funny. The one who actually took the phones was told I will give you another chance but he wanted to fired the other employee because he didn't say sh*. But the theft was the manager of the store.
I just want to warn people when you see a Verizon store make sure it not an Italk store. Because you purchase at own risk.
