ItecDeals Locked IPAD Lakewood New Jersey
I bought a used IPAD 4 from this company. This arrived locked and it was impossible to open I continued to get a message that I needed the former owner's passcode.
I contacted ItecDeals and they stated that the time for a refund or information about a passcode had passed and I could purchase another one!!!!
