Rude staff. Overpriced menu for mediocre food. Snobs for management.
Once you are finally seated you have to put up with the waitress rolling her eyes when you ask for service. Instead of polite gratitude for being a good customer, you get a bad attitude.
These people need to learn that without happy customers they have no business.
