ITV Direct - Natural Cures - Itv Ventures BUYER BEWARE - Rip off Company only wants your money FIRST - STILL WAITING FOR REFUND Beverly Maine
I purchased the Natural Cures and found something better. Cancelled the product only to reach an answer machine requesting to leave your name and number for a return call (never happened). I received the product two months later. Returned the product after a week attempts of getting an authorization code to return the product for "prompt" refund. THEN, I get charged for pills I didn't order. The product was supposedly received in January to process a credit. You can call and talk to a customer service and you will get a differnt ansewr every time. Then I call demanding my money. I told 2 cycle for a credit less $22 for shipping and handling. Doesn't cost but $8 for postage. Then the money does not come. It is now April. None of my money has been refunded and customer service is acting like they will decide when to refund. I will get it "sometime this month"... what a joke.
PEOPLE, DO NOT ORDER ANY PRODUCT FROM ITV.. THEY ARE AN INFOMERICAL COMPANY SELLING WHATEVER PRODUCT ONLY TO KEEP YOUR MONEY. THEY DO NOT WANT TO REFUND A PRODUCT THEY SELL.
