Itzybit Clarence Williams III SCAM Freelance Programmer Norfolk, Virginia

If you are considering using a freelance programmer do NOT hire Itzybit (AKA: Clarence Williams III). He sells his scam service on sites like Guru.com and Freelancer.com, amongst others. Do NOT be fooled by his 5 star ratings! Apparently these sites allow contractors to HIDE their bad ratings, and they are allowed to hide unfavorable reviews.
Upon hiring Itzybit, he immediately demands you to send him $$$ via safepay invoices. This is something I normally never do, but in his case I made an exception because of his 5 star reviews. However, the person I was dealing with was rude, and a liar. When I asked him if work began, he said he had begun working. However, after checking my logs, I confirmed he never even logged in to download my source code. When confronted, he blew up on me telling me I was checking on him "every 5 mins"; which is not true -- I gave him several hours between asking for an update.
He eventually agreed to start "coding" "tomorrow morning". Tomorrow came and went, and nothing had been done. He still did not login and download the source-code, nor did he commit any changes. He agreed earlier that day to a milestone deadline, which was missed completely. He did not deliver anything! Being late if something was delivered might be acceptable, but he did no work what-so-ever! He stopped responding to Skype requests for an update. When asked for a refund he refused. I am not out the $$$ and no useable code...
I would avoid using his services at all costs! He is not a reputable businessman/programmer, and will lie to get you to send him money, and then not perform the work he promises. He is extremely rude when it comes to communication, and will lie straight to your face with no remorse. At this point he has been paid for work he did not perform, and refuses to issue a refund. Avoid at all costs!!!
