IV WIRELESS /Boost Mobile Defective Phone Jacksonville Florida
The Boost wireless store in address 39 University Blvd question sold my husband a defective phone. I went back up there to replace the phone or switch it out and the store clerk refused to look at the phone and told me its not defective. Her friend that was sitting in the chair told me it was working phone when your husband left. I advise the lady that I am talking to the clerk. The clerk whom addressed her herself as Tatiana stated she was not looking at the phone then got on her cell with her boyfriend saying hey babe etc. Then her and her friend in the store started playing with the friends phone and talking about cooking out etc. I no longer want to work with Tatiana if that is her name. The phone was purchased at 7am I tried to take it back switch out etc and was refused service. I no longer want to do business with her and will be purchasing a phone somewhere else and want my money back for this phone. The store has taken advantage of myself and my family and now want even refund or replace phone by sending me to another store etc.
