I run a non-profit cancer charity organization and I was contacted by a saleperson from Ivenue.com and MA Webcenters. After a month of going back and forth I finally signed a deal for $15,000 for them to build our website. We fight for kids with cancer and needed a website for donations. Gosh it hurts just to think about this. Long story short I paid $15,000 to Ivenue.com and MAwebcenters for the website and they simply took my money and never built anything for me.

Hello, my name is Phil and I have been with maWebcenters.com since 2001. Though I do not see much detail on your company so I can do a little research on what transpired with your account I would love nothing more to touch base with you so I can get your side of the story. We never leave our customers hanging without resolution. Please feel free to reply back to this thread so we can be in touch and hopefully get to a resolution!

The majority portion of the development/hosting cost goes to MA Webcenters. In my case it was $2,200.00 that they do not care how their representative misrepresents - MA keeps their cut PERIOD.

Something is not right here. I am an independent maWebCenter owner, which means that sell the maWebCenter websites (hosted by Ivenue). When I sell a website, I cannot sell the site for more than $3000 and this is only for complex sites with many pages and integrated eCommerce. Our ordering system won't even let me enter a larger number. If someone charged you $15,000, they were operating way out of bounds of the maWebCenter program. You should sue the independent contractor who sold you the website. Kristin Criss and Ivenue.com have very little to do with this. However, have you actually spoken to Kristin? I've met her in person and she is very focused on customer satisfaction and making sure that they provide excellent service. Jim Lange
