iWin games advertises a FREE trial period and they give you a free game. I got the free game but had to purchase their "icoins" to get it.When I cancelled my Free trial I also LOST THE PURCHASED icoins I PAID FOR.

My first problem was with the game running which I had purchased. I submitted an online ticket since they don't release any information to contact them through any other means except online tickets. I waited for over a week and still no reply.

They finally replied with questions to things I included in my online ticket. They never did fix my problem. I ended up fixing it myself.

Now, my purchased game simply DOES NOT RUN anymore. I have searched their website for answers, submitted yet another "useless" online ticket, uninstalled and reinstalled the game several times and it just will not start.

Do not fall for their scam. There are plenty of other places to purchase these same games that guarantees reliable support for any problems and the games don't simply STOP RUNNING or WORKING even though you pay for the game.

Whenever possible, our support staff tries to diagnose and correct these problems. If iWin cannot rectify the situation, we refund any affected payments - as we have in your case. I see that you have been refunded for the purchase of Runes of Avalon as of 8/18/2008. I'm very sorry for this game failure and apologize for our delay in resolving this issue.
