We have millions of downloads of products in the course of a year and at times, people do experience technical problems. Whenever possible, our support staff tries to diagnose and correct these problems. If iWin cannot rectify the situation, we refund any affected payments - as we have in your case. I see that you have been refunded for the purchase of Runes of Avalon as of 8/18/2008. I'm very sorry for this game failure and apologize for our delay in resolving this issue.
