I believe that iYogi IS a scam. When I contacted them (actually I was routed to their support site via some obscure Internet links), the technician did a very convincing job of selling me a software product that I did not need, and that did not solve any of my issues. I paid about $450 for this program, and ended up getting most of my money back after I complained. I am not sure exactly what kind of scam they are running, but I do NOT trust these people, and I STRONGLY recommend that you NOT allow them to sell you anything or install any software programs on your system.
