I have been reading some of these complaints and I understand that sometimes companies can really mess a person over, but you seem to give very little in the way of specifics in your complaint. Hopefully you can answer these questions to clarify why you are upset. 1. Did you buy both vehicles at the same time, or at different times? If at different times had you had any problems with the first vehicle when you got the second? 2. Since you knew these cars were marked higher than book price, why did you buy them? What were the extenuating circumstances that made you go ahead with these purchases? 3. What number did you try to reach at the dealer? I have never been unable to get an answer when calling a Sales lot? Did they answer and not call you back? Were you calling a special number? 4. Did you begin having problems with both cars ar the same time? Your post seems to indicate they both had problems within days of each other. I find this to be a little odd. 5. Why was your contract sold to a 3rd party? Do you mean your loan contract? If so then your warranty would still be through the dealer unless they sold that too (it works the same way regaurdless if you buy new or used. New car dealers seel almost all their loans but still administer the warranties). 6. Why didn't you go into the lot personally to request help? How long in total has these two car issues been outstanding? According to your post you have never talked to anyone at the dealership so they don't even know you are having a problem. Is this correct? Perhaps if you provide us with a little more data we can try to offer suggestions.
