J D Marvel Products Inc ripoff, postal fraud, scham, printed lies, stole money Champlain New York

I submitted an order via mail to this company in November 2002.
My check for $33.00 was cashed and cleared the bank. I have not received any, I repeat any merchandise, nor any no stock info, nor have I been able to contact at their respective printed phone number. The catalog, and order all were transported by the U S Postal Service.
The order was submitted 11/02/02 and it is now 1/13/03. Smell like a dead animal doesn't it? Why is a company allowed to solicit by U S Mail, and defraud people of their hard earned money, and the authorities do nothing about it, but sit on their fat butt. We work hard for our money, and it is not legally or morally right for lazy, irresponsible,sleezy, crooks to take our money under false pretenses. They should be put up with all the other murderers and rapist and thieves.
They had the nerve to send another catalog to me in the mail today, possibly thinking I would be stupid enough to send them another order......HA HA...
