J D Marvel Products Inc. ripoff business from hell Champlain New York
My mother had ordered 2 pair of shoes from this company. She is a diabetic and has problems finding shoes that fit her.They sent the shoes, but they were the wrong style, then what was pictured. She sent them back asking for an exchange, rather than a refund. ( This was in January 2002. ) She has never heard anything back from this company. On the original invoice or any of their catalogs, no phone number was available. She has wrote them numerous letters, but has never gotten any response. We would like to be able to at least get what was ordered or to get our money back... If anyone knows any way to help us, please let me know. It breaks my heart to think that there are companies out there that think this should be the norm for business practices..
