J D Marvel Products Inc ripoff big time. Paid for goods- no-delivery. Tried e-mail twice, phoning still all they did is send me a catalogue Hawkesbury, Ontario
Sent draft in amount of $37.83 February 6/02 to purchase TV antenna. No acknowledgement whatsoever.
E-mailed them twice and phoned customer service once - no replies to e-mails but customer service said "it's back ordered" after complaining and telling them I get no replies to e-mails. Says she knows nothing about the people who are in that department.
Have sent them another e-mail today telling them if I don't hear from them by May 11th I will be forwarding a copy of my e-mail to all my online friends and asking them to forward it on to their friends - and keep on passing the message to everyone that they are a fraudulent company.
