J. D. Marvel Products, Inc. failing to supply product can phone number not answered Nationwide
On Feb 2, 2003 I ordered men's slippers and enclosed my check for both product and mailing costs.
When a month had passed and no slippers I began calling number that was either busy or not answered.
Yesterday I decided to investigate company online and found this site. I am furious to think this scam can be perpetuated time after time by unsuspecting citizens like myself.
Where are the authorities who know this company's tactics and allow it to continue to deceive?
I would appreciate an update when one is available. Thanks.

I ordered the donut maker and have not received my product in the mail, however my check was cashed. I want my $$$ back....I spoke with an agent who gave me the run around - she could not pull up any of my info in her computer.......

Real phone number for J.D. Marvel (business is 1-514-344-4747). I'M working for Business Development Bank of Canada. I will register a complaint to the Police Dept of Quebec friday the 25 th of april,2003 . Hereunder you will find an excerpt of a letter sent to J.D. Marvell : ' "Please be advise that a lawsuit will be taken against you in the next (5) days following receipt of this letter if we have not received the merchandise as we ordered it. Furthermore a class action will be taken against your company by all the customers that have encouter problems with your company."
