J.D. Marvel Products, Inc., I had no idea that I would be ripped off for an order

ON January 17, 2002 I ordered two set of Mocassin from Sundays paper. My check has cleared the bank and they have my money. To date my order has not arrived and I've called the number and it changed. When I looked to my suprise on the internet. Well look and the first one RIP-OFF REPORT ON J.D. MARVEL PRODUCTS, INC.
What can I do to get my money back. Nobody answers the phone and I've got three (3) different numbers with no answer or busy signal.
