Got a letter from these Rotweilers yesterday, demanding an OBSCENE amount of money which they allege I owe Beneficial Finance, who have also been REPEATEDLY and SUCCESSFULLY sued in court over their questionable business practices over the past several years. Like you, I am also asking the same question: WHY ARE THEY STILL BEING ALLOWED TO RIP PEOPLE OFF??
My attorney is also curious as to why this is happening, as he is gathering evidence in order to file another lawsuit against Beneficial because they REFUSE to behave. And I am sure he will want to know the same about Hanna, when he receives his copy of that letter today.

To all concerned, Rotweilers? Only in thier owm minds. They are crackheads, alcoholics, and trailer trash. File a Bar Association complaint against Hanna and his crackheads. I know for sure another Bar Complaint will initiate dis-barment proceedings. File online complaints at the ftc.gov site. Send a CEASE COMMUMICATIONS letter by certified mail return reciept requested. Put the certified# on the letter itself, and keep a copy for your records. Now if they contact you you can sue under the FDCPA, and you will get paid. This is easy money. You can also saturate his fax#'s every night with about 150 pages of your cease communications letter. Then he can't say he didn't get it. I know for a fact how much he enjoys this. Also send copies of all complaints to the ACA. YOU can stop them. sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company your comments on this policy are welcome!
