Any ideas on how to resolve this is desperately needed. The mortgage company who financed Hill's mobile home harrasses non stop & expects me to pay what he owes. I need help, ideas or a miracle. I have turned my phone off to avoid Vanderbilt Mortgages calls even. HELP!

Feb. 20, 2005 Note left here from Clayton Mobile Home (Lubbock, TX) for Vanderbilt Mortgage to vacate property. Copies of auction is enclosed. This shows foreclosure & sale because Hill did NOT pay! Feb. 21, 2005 Met with Heald, gave him what papers I have as well as information I found yesterday from numerous calls. At first he blames me for taking so long to pay for deed filing. I notice he has the deeds in my file. I request them. He agress--for $100./page! I got them at my courthouse cheaper. March 2005 I spoke to Heald. I did not pay trustee. Why pay it all if Hill does not own property? Heald states I have 3 options: 1)Remove property from list on Ch. 13 but it will cost at least $400. for him to file it, & I must continue to pay Trustee, 2)Move 3)Accept an increase of $100./month to trustee for 6 months. Hill still gets paid. I won't be homeless. March 20, 2005 Met with R. Wilson, Trustee. Heald informs him of problems with property, & blames me again for being slow. I stated date the fees for filing ($22., not $32 as previously stated) were sent & adequate time for filing was there. Trustee states he can not stop payments to Hill w/o court order. I have no choice but sign to increase payments which they know are leaving me without $ for essentials. Heald then blames Hill for filing delay, I said deed was signed July 2004, Then he blames the office staff. June 14, 2005 Finally spoke to Heald. He does not want me to speak to Vanderbilt or their lawyers. I have been told this more than once by heald..."Looks like Hill screwed you & screwed you royally. You might as well move & count your losses. You could try & sue Hill, but you need a lawyer for that We would take it but YOU have to prove he has assets worth me spending any of my time to go after." I was informed by Heald that Hill was contacting Wilson demanding his $. The Ch 13 was converted to Ch & & dismissed. I still have this mess! I am on a low/fixed income & can't afford to move. I have contacted Vanderbilt who states they will release the title for $2,000 all at once but then sends me a letter to pay the $40,000 Hill owes them. Other lawyers, including Rush Wells of Littlefield informed me I have a case against Hill & Heald, but he wants to know of the assets for Hill & Heald? Lawyers around here do not go against each other. So...will I end up homeless? Is the court's for everyone, or the rich?
