I to was ripped off by this company and with much research I have come up with a lot of information. First off Nova Pointe is a distribution center for the core company Jab Ventures. The State of Utah has already fined three individuals for unlawful practice and they have to pay back everyone that has filed a complaint with the State of Utah (CONSUMER PROTECTION IN UTAh). I have talked to an investigator about these complaints and he sent me to their website to fill out a complaint form. I have the case number and the number and name of the investigator.
