On July 30th, I contact Customer Support to cancel my account to receive a refund. They informed me that they only give refunds on the 1st and 15th of the month, which I thought was ridculous. So, we waited two processing cycles and still not receive refund.

I contacted Customer Support once again. I called three times and got the run around. People were playing gatekeeper. So, to this day we have not received our refund. This kind of activity is dishonest.

Be aware of this company and be forewarned.
