Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
To start of this old grumpy lawyer has neither respect nor any customer service and is very discriminating, I was stupid enough to hire him but then decided to fire him. I have never dealt with a person that when I think of their name it irritates me. The reason I am reporting him is because of his unprofessional service, such that he runs his home business from his disorganized basement, does not use any current technology, has only one phone line which he always leaves it unplugged so you cannot ever get through. Whenever he calls he always ends up hanging up on you with no courtesy, he is a blood sucking attorney that does not realize that if you are hiring an attorney it is possibly because you are dealing with a sensitive issue and you need assistance. Needless to say I ended going to court by myself, in which he failed the first trial and wanted to send his stubby unprofessional assistant with no experience as a representative. I did everything by myself and won my case and should have never dealt with this. This guy will over charge you and charge you extra for driving, talking, stamps, envelopes, and foolish stuff like paper copies of your contract and case in which he will never provide. He runs a miserable business process and basically scams his clients to pursue with his service or else he will press charges against you and will inflate charges, can you believe that? One goes to an attorney to get help not to be harassed and be threatened to be sued. After dealing with him I have learned that he is popular and he has been reported to BBB, FTC and other commissions but nothing has been done to take his license away. This was a learning experience for me in choosing an attorney carefully. It will never occur again, next time remember you are the client/customer and you are always first.

I happen to be a former client of Mr. Hyatt's and this story comes as a great surprise to me. Yes, he is somewhat eccentic but in no way has he ever been rude or unprofessional. Would it be safe to say that this individual did not follow the guidelines for filing, did they do what was asked of them? This is not like going to a bankruptcy lawyer down town. I have had nothing but good from this man and he has help hundreads of individuals. Jack Hyatt is a good man and a great lawyer and I was more than pleased to have him handle my case. Sorry you lost you home but you need to tell the truth about why cause the wat you are telling it is a lie.
