I AM WRITIMNG TO LET YOU KNOW ABOUT THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN MY LIFE.   I DON'T WANT YOUR PRODUCT AND THEY STILL SHIPPED IT. IT WILL BE  MY  MISSION IN LIFE TO INFORM EVERY PERSON I KNOW NOT TO EVER PLACE AN ORDER WITH YOUR COMPANY.



 



1- I CALLED ON THE PHONE TO PLACE AN ORDER, NO LIVE PERSON WAS ABLE TO HELP ME.  I SPENT 42 MINUTES WITH A COMPUTER AND  OFFERED ME THINGS I DIDNT WANT, FINALLY I WAS TRANSFERED TO A CRUISE LINE THAT I DIDN'T ASK FOR, AND I  NEVER RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION ORDER OR THE AMOUNT THAT WAS CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD.



 



2 -I CALLED YOUR CUSTUMER CARE LINE AND I HAD TO WAIT 24 TO 48 HOURS. I CALLED BACK BECAUSE I RECEIVED AN EMAIL SHOWING A CHARGE FOR AN EXTRA $50 MORE THAN WHAT WAS ADVERTISED ON TV. I WAS CHARGED FOR OTHER THINGS I DIDN'T ORDER. I TRIED TO CANCEL THE ORDER AND ON 12/10/2010 THEY TOLD ME THAT IT WOULD BE CANCELLED.

3- ON 12/14/2010 AT 5:20 PM I CALLED BACK TO MAKE SURE THE ORDER WAS CANCELLED AND SEAN DIXON ID# 3003 TOLD ME THAT NO ONE CANCELLED MY ORDER. THIS WAS A VERY STRESSFULL CONVERSATION BECAUSE HE DID NOT WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER. HE TRANSFERED ME TO HIS SUPERVISOR, PETER SAMUEL ID#2008 AND AFTER 30 MINUTES OF ARGUING ON THE PHONE HE FINALLY UNDERSTOOD THAT I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE AND HE TOLD ME THAT THE ORDER WAS CANCELLED, AND THAT I WAS GOING TO RECEIVE THE REFUND BACK IN MY ACCOUNT IN 5 TO 7 DAYS.



 



4- ON 12/16/2010 I CHECKED MY EMAIL AND I FOUND A TRACKING NUMBER FROM UPS ABOUT THE JUICER BEING SHIPPED. SUPPOSEDLY THE SUPERVISOR CANCELLED MY ORDER ON THE 14TH AND THE JUICER WAS SHIPPED ON THE 15TH, I WAS SO UPSET, I CALLED BACK, THE SUPERVISOR ONCE MORE WAS PETER SAMUEL ID #2008 AND I ASKED WHY THE JUICER WAS SHIPPED AND HE DIDN'T HAVE AN ANSWER. I TOLD HIM TO TAKE THE TRACKING NUMBER AND CANCEL THE ORDER IMMEDIATELY AND RETURN MY MONEY AND HE SAID THERE IS NOTHING HE CAN DO AFTER THE ORDER IS SHIPPED.



 



THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE RECEIVED IN MY LIFE FROM A COMPANY.  I HOPE ALL MY CONVERSATIONS HAVE BEEN RECORDED, AND AN HONEST PERSON CAN LISTEN.



 



I WILL WRITE A COMPLAINT IN EVERY WEBSITE AVAILABLE, IT WILL BE MY MISSION IN LIFE TO TELL EVERY PERSON I MEET AND EVERY PERSON I KNOW NOT TO EVER BUY FROM YOUR COMPANY, JACK LALANNE'S. POWER JUICER



 



IF I DON'T WANT YOUR PRODUCT,  AND I HAVE RECEIVED THE WORST CUSTUMER SERVICE EVER, I SHOULD BE ABLE TO CANCEL AND GET MY MONEY BACK ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU CHARGE MERCHANDISE THAT I DIDNT ORDER. PLUS YOU CHARGED A DIFFERENT PRICE OF WHAT YOU ADVERTISE,  THAT IS CALLED STEALING!
