I read another Ripoff Report on here describing my exact experience to a "T," so I thought I would post my own report to cooberate the information. My dealings with Jacon were very similar, except rather than looking to invest money in a company, he contracted to purchase a listing of mine (which was listed above $15 million), and said that the good faith money was being transeferred from his trust's bank in Liechtenstein. Several calls were made to see where the money was, but the funds never came. After weeks of follow-up and endless excuses, he eventually went away. During the initial period of time that Jacon was looking at the property, and the early days of the contract period, I also met his boyfriend George and experienced many of the same situations as the other person who filed a report, including Jacon wanting to go out to expensive dinners and somehow walking away from the bill after running up hundreds of dollars worth of drinks.
He says that he is very close to the royal family of England, that he has a huge mansion in Scottland (and apparently in Malibu), and is a real estate investor here in the U.S., working with a partner. I've seen him go into expensive clothing stores, try on everything in the store, have them put tens of thousands of dollars worth of items to the side for him to pick up the following day...and then do nothing. No call to the store. Nothing. It's all for show to make other people think that he has money.

Whoever wrote this report is apparently completely unaware of the concept of trust fund babies. Had you grown up around affluent individuals you would understand that some of the wealthy are not actually going n control of their wealth. Trustees sometimes boards of trustees make all their decisions. Why would you hire a private investigator to research someone who had failed to provide capital for your business. Sounds like a terrible investment and probably beat if no one ever gives you 2 million dollars as you waste all your time pursuing restraining orders and believing someone on the other end of a phone call to the UK tells you.
Why would the manager of Yester house tell you anything? You sound nuts. You do not mention any contact being broken or litigation being filed so I’ll assume there was no contact and you were chasing the promises of a drunk trust fund baby who is overly generous but doesn’t control the purse so to speak. All these identity theft crimes and Scotland Yard in hot pursuit are all in your head as there haven’t been any arrests of him in the decade since you filed this hilarious report. Here’s an Idea. Google House of Yussupov. Or Yussupov Castle. Maybe then you’ll realize what your impatience cost you. You catch more bees with honey baby. I doubt you ever got a penny. Remove this report or admit you fabricated all these acquisitions. Haha. The proletariat.
