Somehow the payment was sent to another address and client did not receive right away. I stopped payment on original check and sent a second check to client. He received and cashed. This report is incorrect and invalid. Please remove. I have a copy of the check that he cashed.

We received a heartfelt apology from the Rumph's along with our security deposit. They re-iterated that the previous check was somehow lost in transit. I will give them the benefit of the doubt and am glad that this issue is resolved.
