When you leased your ford, you got a detailed list of things YOU had to do when the lease was up. Now, I'm not sure who leased the ford, you or him. On that list it said such and such MUST be done to terminate the lease. They even gave a timeframe when those things had to be done. If YOU didn't pay any attention to what you or he signed at the beginning of the lease, that's your fault. If you're looking for a written explanation, look for your lease on the ford. As for the jag. dealer, you should have walked out when they dropped you for a Doc. BFD that he's a doc. That should have told you what things were going to be like in the future.
