JAKESWEENEY TRICOUNTY SANTANDER U.S.A(THIS IS A EUROPEEN BANK LOCATED IN TEXAS) JAKESWEENEY TRICOUNTY LIED TO ME IN ORDER TO SWITCH TO THE MOST EXPENSIVE BANK CALLED SANTANDER U.S.A CINCINNATI OHIO
My bank asked me to go to Jakesweeney Tricounty for an auto loan.Once down there, the Sale Consultant was so quick and happy to lie to me by telling me that my own bank declined my loan request.Before I can digest that news I was switched to the most expensive foreign bank called Santander U.S.A located in Texas.With no proof of income of any kinds with me,I was offered the highest interest rate allowed in this state which is 19% with 72 payments.Finally the unscrupulous agent told me that Jakesweeney has to protect itself with an extra $5000 to $7000 in order to cut corners regarding the proof of income that was missing.
Santander USA, the financial Europeen bank chose to be greedy and decided not to verify any of my information, assuming that they were going to double their money.It is the worse of the worse bank even having 30 days to verify my paper works.I was told by the sale consultant that a week later Santander funded the loan.What a pig?
Please do not let that happen to you. Jakesweeney is violating its own policies.Ethics is not part of their vocabulary. Anything(Lies and tricks) is good to sale a car.
Later one my own bank sent me a letter saying that my extended offer just expired.That means my own bank never declined my loan,instead they offered me a blank check for me to decide within 30 days.
Before you go further if Jakesweeney tells you that your bank declined your loan,please take 5 minutes go outside and verify that information before you proceed to the next steps.If you do not,it will cost you paying for double the price of any car.Also do not let Jakesweeney switch you to anything you do not know about. A used car should not be more expensive than a brand new car
If you read my report before going to any car dealership, know that you are in luck!
Nota Bene: There were just couple of thousands complaints filed against Santander USA with the attorney general office in the state of Texas.To me Jakesweeney equales Santander USA as far as ripping people off.

Whatever the terms and conditions were with Santander, thety were presented to you IN THE CONTRACT. Did you read the contract? If it was not to your liking, why did you agree to it? Nobody forced you into this deal. You went along with it but you could have walked out at any time!
