US Security reduced our hourly pay rate from $9/hour to $8/hour 3 months before the new California minimum wage law became effective. Pomona account manager Mr James Baker reduced my earning hours from 40hrs/week (which I had been having for more than 3 years in favor of a new lady guard whom he assured of 40hrs/week income.
