In October 2006 I attended a seminar conducted by on of James Dicks' associates. It was about how to make money trading foriegn currencies. My friend and I listened to the whole thing for about an hour. We were told we could get a full refund with no questions ask just by calling them if we wished. They would refund our money shake our hand and wish us well. My friend didn't sign up and I wish I hadn't signed up either. I was given an RMA # 14119570 I have called over 10 times and talked to a Dave, a Frank, a Stephen, a Doctor Bob, a Rick, and a man named Adam. Each call resulted in a runaround. They would say things like "It's coming, be patient, refunds are back up, some people are sick in the refund dept, etc." This is a plain and simple RIPOFF. I contacted the Better Bussines Bureau who contacted Premiere Trade. Premiere trade answered with a note saying "This customer is entitled to a refund and will get one shortly." SHORTLY that was two months ago and six months since my original refund was made last October 2006. WARNING; DO NOT DO BUSINESS! with Premiere Trade of anything connected with James Dicks. They will lie to you.
