Complaint Review: James Walton - Ft. Lauderdale Florida

We've suffered loss as a result of recent communications and business dealings with James C. Walton, as Trustee for the Medici Group Holdings Trust located at 2906 Pembridge Street, Kissimmee, Florida 34747.  Also involved was the Medici Trusts attorney/CPA, James O. Roberson who offices in Washington, DC and who Walton advised us acts as General Counsel for the Medici Trust.  They first contacted us as the owners of the producing properties and made written offers to purchase the owners' interests in these producing oil & gas properties for sale.   I had direct and numerous conversations with Walton, Roberson (and their other conspirators listed below) along with several third party professionals Walton & Roberson hired to conduct due diligence in support of their purchase of the oil & gas sale properties.  Documented Closing Date(s) were not not honored (even after extended) for the same reasons described in other reports offered in Rip-Off Reports.  Basically, same tune, just a different sheet of music. These two persons lied to us and then disappeared when it was time to proceed to closing(s) and present payment for the agreed sale funds without any further action or explanation received from Walton, Roberson or their hired professionals.  I've been in the oil & gas gas business for many years and have never had the displeasure of dealing with persons as dishonest and ignorant as Walton and Roberson.  They have no business experience, they falsely represent their available funds for agreed business transactions/purchases.  They stiffed us for all our time involved for the sale with closing documents timely submitted to them.  We were also told they stiffed their own hired professionals for their time and fees in the ours and two other concurrent purchase transactions.  These two men and the Medici Group Holdings Trust are glorified con artists.  I'm not a former (disgruntled) employee or a person with an axe to grind, but an owner who was contacted by Walton, Roberson on behalf of the Medici Trust to purchase our properties up for sale.  Would advise all other persons to avoid the two "gentlemen" unless you wish to waste your time in nothing more than an absolute scam!

Additional research indicates that Medici Attorney/CPA Roberson has been disbarred in at least one state and has been barred by IRS Publication from representing clients before the IRS.  I could not find where Roberson's law license has been renewed to date.   Other parties represented to be tied in with the Medici Trust were Jerry Crook (Florida) and Mark Breedlove (Texas) and are very much a part of this shady and dark operation.  I'm willing to add additional support for any formal investigation(s) of Walton, Roberson, Crook, Medici Trust or Breedlove with additional details and documentation.  The above details are factual and can be supported by emails, documentation and by third parties that were involved in the subject scam purchase.  All offer a good line of B.S. but don't have any business experience or funds to buy assets or oil & gas properties.  We too hope that Walton and his conspirators) will be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law.

First I did some business with Mr. Walton and I believe that I came out on top of the situation. First and for most I would like to state that there is not even so much as a law suit on file against this man, and if he owes you all of this money why have you not gone the legal route to claim it. As far a federal and state that is also false. All the information that you have put out does not have any facts to make it relevant.

Amerifirst.com is not the correct web address for Ameri-First Enterprises Inc.  There is no affiliation.  My intention is not to dafame anyone, rather state the experience of myself and others I have known to work with Ameri-First Enterprises and James Walton based on factual information. My experiences with James Walton caused significant hardship to myself professional, financially and put serious emotional duress on me, others that worked with him as well as our families.  I do not what others to suffer personal and professional losses as my family and I have.

James Walton "borrowed" personal funds from staff who he had contracted with.  He never repaid them as promised.  He used staff personal credit card information to pay for

basic living expenses such as his stay in an  economy-extended stay type motel, where he lived (primary residence).  This was reported to the credit card company and procecced as a fraud claim.  I am referring to thousands of dollars.  I never understood why he would need to borrow personal funds when he stated to have billions of dollars.

Staff and so called partners were never paid or compensated for their time, expenses and other reinbursements as promised.  James Walton has lied to me on numerous occations.  He has done this to others I know.   He promised that monies were to be wired to me, sent etc.... and given me a timeline, only to discover that there were no funds being sent.  His practices have caused serious financial/emotional strain and persoanl sacrifice to individuals and their families that I have mentioned further.  There were other lies stated many times also relative to the day to day operations of the organization. 

When I was in contact with him, he would insist that the people working with him didnt communicate with eacher other.  This was almost stated with a level of paranoia,which didnt make sense considering the operation that was supposed to me happening.  The work he did and what he was doing was alwasy shrouded in secrecy.  His promises were very convincing and to this day, I am upset that I was conned.  The others that were in the same situation as me are also known as experts in their respective professions, bright individuals.  He "hired" great people which made the operation look that much more credible.  These so called staff were hung out to dry in the end as I have mentioned.

James Walton never delivered what was promised to those working closest with him.  If he is who he states he is then why couldn't he pay for his own basic living expenses?  Why would he need to borrow personal funds from people he was working with in the first place.  This happened at least four times. 

There was always a story..."money is about to be wired, we had a delay, its going to be in your account tomorrow"  were some of the things I have been told.  I have also known this to be stated to others. 

James Walton defaulted on multiple contracts without any attempt to make them right or follow through on their obligations. 

There are multiple grievances against James Walton and Ameri-First Enterprises. Several federal and state agencies are involved, that is all I will mention at this point.

I find it odd that you would go out of your way to defame the man's reputation but won't substantiate your claims.  Our dealings with Mr. Walton to date have been nothing but upstanding and would give us no indication that this man has ill intentions.  Right now you appear to be a disgruntled individual looking to ruin a man's reputation.

I am looking to do business with Mr. Walton and your post caught my eye for obvious reasons.  Could you provide details as to how Mr. Walton wronged you specifically.   I give a lot of info about him being a bs'er but never really explain why specifically he is a fraudster.
