I used this sole practice 'Attorney' for the Sale of my multi million dollar business. Three years later I have not seen a penny. He created an Agreement and Contract that I actually paid him to create that destroyed my entire life. He solicited business from the Company he represented me to sell to. He has no experience, no knowledge and absolutely ripped me off. He offered no help, nothing but bad advice, coerced me into horrible decisions, colluded with a Broker to cheat me.If you come across Jamie Frank Attorney at Law excuse yourself from this con man, do yourself a favor and walk away. Frank ("Plaintiff") has initiated an action in the Supreme Court of Nassau County, Index number 609677/2016 ("the Action"),due to allegedly false statements made by “Lost lawyer sold me up the river” author of original Report #1276203. In the Action, Plaintiff seeks to subpoena the records of Xcentric Ventures, LLC for your identifying contact information to be sent to Jamie E Frank PC at: 8 Haven Lane, Levittown NY 11756 or [email protected]. Plaintiff intends to serve a subpoena on Xcentric Ventures, LLC, the company that owns and operates this website, to reveal your identity. You may have a right to file and serve a response to the subpoena anonymously. A court proceeding has been commenced in the Supreme Court, Nassau County, New York under index number 609677/2016 against the person believed to be the author of the defamatory post made in Ripoff Report #1276203. Due to the complete falsity of the statements made in the post, the suit includes several causes of action based on defamation seeking damages, and one for injunctive relief, Pursuant to that action, proceedings have commenced in order to positively identify the author of this report through several methods, one being a subpoena to be issued to Xcentric Ventures LLC, the owner of the Ripoffreport.com. The author may appear and contest the disclosure of his identify if he so chooses and has grounds to do so. The address of the court is 100 Supreme Court Drive, Mineola, NY 11501.
