Jane Erlandson spends a lot of time writing negative remarks about companies but she refuses to see that she is not a good customer. She wants company to do work for her but won't sign a contract and makes complaints without facts. She refuses to deal with the company directly but rather, she goes on the internet and posts nonfactual blogs. She has even pretended to be someone else on those blogs. If you google her you'll see that she doesn't have many nice things to say about anyone. Because the BBB did not find anything wrong with our company and the services we provided her, she is on a mission to defame us on the internet. It's unfortunate that she has taken this route rather than dealing with the situation and being a reasonable person.

Not only does RTEC fabricate false statements about unsatisfied customers, they have their employee, Monika Simova, try to hack into my facebook. Very dangerous. By the way, at that time BBB rated rtec as a C-. Their vicious attack on me has caused potential employers to think twice before hiring them. Therefore, RipOff Report has done an excellent job of exposing their unprofessional business ethics.
