On or during the Month of October a Horse and Rescue ranch was started. Numerious individuals volunteered to help build the Ranch which was to Rescue Abused and Neglected horses.
Janie Anderson volunteered to handle the bank account set up for Lazy J Benefit to handle donations funds. "Cay" was also named on the account.
We held a Fundraiser Benefit on October 12, 2013 in which we raised $873.55 for. Janie Anderson deposited into the account $770.00 on October 14, 2013. Janie Anderson took the remainder amount that was not deposited.
On October 18, 2013 there was a donation check deposited by Janie Anderson for the amount of $1,200.00.
On October 25, 2013 there was a deposit of $1,129.12 made by Janie Anderson for another Fundraiser we conducted.
During the course of these Events, Janie Anderson had been transfering monies into private accounts that she had and also not re-depositing monies left over from purchases of the Ranch.
Only one example of many was the deposit of $1,129.12 made on October 25, 2013, in which Janie Anderson then transfered $279.12 to one of her private accounts.
When I had asked for Bank Statements from Janie Anderson and Kris Anderson they did everything to delay my request. Finally I told them we needed them "today", so Janie Anderson went up to the bank, and then Kris Anderson all of a sudden showed up at my house telling me that Social Service had FROZE the Bank Account and that the bank would not give them statements or anything and that we would not have access to the funds for nearly 4 weeks.
After speaking with the Bank, it was found out that Janie Anderson had called the bank earlier that morning and told them NOT to give "Cay" any information from the bank account as her name wasn't on it. Unfortunately for Janie Anderson, Cay's name was on the bank and the Ranch got all the information needed.
We have since gotten text from Kris Anderson saying the money would be paid back and so forth which has yet to occurr.
We have pressed charges against both Kris Anderson and Janie Anderson regarding this matter and it is being investigated by a Detective at the Fergus Falls Law Enforcement Center.
Janie Anderson and Kris Anderson are also seeking money from churches and the Gofund.com site to collect money for a supposed illness. I do not believe there is any illness as she claims. The treatments she says she is giving to her youngest son is an absolute Lie.
PLEASE do not give these Scammers any of your money.
