Japan Jumbo (International Ticket Office) said, "CONGRADULATIONS, I'm an ITO OFFICIAL FINAL-MATCH WINNER!" Amsterdam, The Netherlands
I am the 19-year-old son of my father who he had told me to mail in a card. I remember seeing the name, International Ticket Office, on the front envelope before mailing it. Since, I'm the one who gets the mail every day, I saw received a letter claiming that my dad had won a share of the Japan Jumbo US$438,579,150 Prize Pool. Then I had a thought that this mail might be a scam, so I found this site, ripoffreport.com, reading one of the reports telling that the person was "suppose" to winning up to $468 million dollars if that person had 3 acres of land, http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/163/RipOff0163684.htm . The report was similar to the letter I received from the same company, ISO, claiming that my dad was the final winner. I strongly opposed to that and said had concluded that this letter is a scam. I don't want to ask my dad how much he paid because I did not want him to get suspicious of anything. I hope he didn't pay anything.
I didn't want to let my dad know that he was the "final winner" because he would just go along and reply back to be scammed. I suppose that he doesn't know very much about rip-off artists out there, and I didn't want to just let him to "play along".
The envelope of this letter is in three colors and it says in blue stripes, "Approval and Entry Documentation" with a $0.42 stamp in the upper right corner. Inside, is a Congratulations letter claiming that my dad is the ITO Official Final-Match Winner, along with a seperate piece with a list of winners with a acceptance form cut-out on the bottom of the winners and finally with a separate 1/3-sized blue certificate saying:
Final-Match Winner Bonus Certificate
Japan Jumbo $438,579,150.00 Prize Pool
This certificate entitles the bearer to 20 FREE shares.
Present this certificate when returning your
Final-Match Winner Acceptance Form.
Certificate Issued: (signature of Mel Reeve, ITO President) (red seal)
...with a red "approval" seal saying "Official Final-Match Winner" on the bottom right of the certificate.
I hope my experience will gain support from others with similar experiences. Thanks you for your time.
