In July of 2012, Jerrall Marcum signed into agreement to build a pool I had been designing for some years. Briefly, it combined a handicap pool with many amenities that looked aesthetically pleasing. I was very proud to have created this idea and made several calls to find a builder. Made calls around town, Pete of Posh Pools an established company gave me Jerrall Marcum"s name and said he was highly recommended. So, it may very well stand to reason that Posh Pools knew what kind of pool builder Jerrall had become. Maybe knowing and hoping he would create a mess for them scavenge work. But that is that. Jerrall Marcum started good, but then slacked off to a snails pace. When I finally got ahold of Jerrall Marcum, he told me he was using the construction of my pool as therapy for his depression. Jerrall Marcum then abandoned the project after he built it wrong and demanded money before he fixed the pool. After many attempts to conference with Jerrall Marcum, I am left with an unfinished pool of my dreams 2 years later. Jerrall Marcum is the typical business man, from big to small, who has RAPED my country in the name of his family or most specifically: GREED. What difference is it when a terrorist blows up a school or business people like Jerrall Marcum commit FRAUD when both tear at the fabric of America. It's still domestic terrorism. Being a veteran, this incident has only lead me to further believe in a cleansing of America.
